Refund policy
At MyEye4Design Home, we curate premium lighting and home decor to bring luxury aesthetics to your space. Because our products are shipped directly from our global manufacturing partners to provide you with the best exclusive pricing, our return window is strict.
Returns Window
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date your item is marked delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original manufacturer's packaging. Items that have been installed or altered cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items (Crucial for Lighting & Decor)
Glass, ceramics, and delicate electronics can occasionally experience transit stress. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you must contact us at myeye4home@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number.
Clear photographs of the damage to the item and the shipping box.
We will immediately coordinate with our vendor to send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Process & Restocking Fees
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until you contact us.
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return warehouse address.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees: Due to the specialized nature of our third-party logistics and luxury items, returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse partner, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
