​Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or vendor delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

​Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

To provide an exceptional luxury experience, we offer Complimentary Standard Shipping across the United States on our collections.

​Estimated Delivery Time: Because our premium items ship directly from specialized design and manufacturing facilities, standard delivery typically takes 10–20 business days after processing.

​Tracking numbers will be emailed to you automatically as soon as your items leave the warehouse facility.

​Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items (for example, a statement lighting fixture and a decor piece), they may be fulfilled by different third-party vendor partners. In this case, your items will arrive in separate packages and potentially at slightly different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

​Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MyEye4Design Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
